Senior Software Engineer (Backend / Platform)

Apply

Own core systems that power Cognisity end-to-end: secure services, scalable APIs, workflow engines, and the infrastructure behind audit-ready evidence and case management. You’ll set engineering standards, mentor others, and ship reliably in a high-trust, compliance-first environment. Note:Some in-person collaboration may be required periodically.

Help bring Cognisity to counties and public agencies that need it. You’ll own outreach, relationship-building, and early deal cycles, working closely with leadership to land pilots, convert early customers, and build long-term partnerships grounded in trust and outcomes.
